ElementAG exists to solve the challenges faced by growers and the fresh produce supply chain in Australia and New Zealand. Uniquely positioned ElementAG is highly focused on new technologies which can improve the quality of food for consumers while reducing food waste. We are also passionate about supporting the industries journey to more sustainable production methods preserving natural resources and reducing the environmental impact of agriculture.

The principal (Ben Hoodless) has two decades of experience with large multinational R&D agribusiness companies working with various solutions including crop protection, biologics and genetics across multiple disciplines including sales, product development, strategy, marketing, portfolio management, general management and executive roles. Most recently appointed as vice chair of PMA (produce Marketing Association) A-NZ the peak industry body for the fresh produce industry Ben is well placed to support local and international technology providers reach Australian and New Zealand growers.
